What we saw
The interiors are newly done throughout. The living room has a built-in TV unit with lit display shelving and drawer storage below, and a sliding door opening onto the balcony. Both bedrooms have full-height fitted wardrobes, and one of them also has a built-in dressing table with a mirror. The kitchen is modular and open to the living area at one end, with its own counter and sink run under a window. Large glossy floor tiles throughout, and ceiling fans in the living room and both bedrooms.
Our fee
Our fee is ₹10,000, once — and only if you take this flat. Nothing to enquire, nothing to visit.
What the fee covers
- We write the listing and take the photos.
- We confirm the rules — non-veg, bachelors, pets — with the owner on a video call, and we publish what they actually said.
- A person answers every enquiry.
- We only send you to flats whose rules you actually fit.
A broker normally charges a full month's rent. We never touch your deposit or your rent — those go straight to the owner.
It is not a deposit, not rent, not an agreement fee, and not police verification. We do not continue to charge once you have moved in.
If a detail we published turns out to be wrong and that is why the tenancy does not go ahead, you get the whole fee back.
